To ensure that each client receives individualized, private and personal attention, I cannot accept walk-in clients.
I provide clients with complete privacy and personalized attention.
Due to the current situation regarding the risks posed by COVID-19, and the fact that many of my clients have compromised immune systems due to chemotherapy, I am temporarily seeing clients at a beautiful spacious private hair studio in the Durham/Chapel Hill area so that I can exclusively maintain proper sanitary protocols to ensure a safe place for my clients.
I am in the process of constructing a 3,500 square-foot home where I will be running this wig business on the first floor! I am truly excited to have made the decision to extend my services to the amazing women in the triangle region, and I am thrilled that I will be soon working from my home office so that I can spend more time with my amazing little girls as well.
The free consult is private, free and fun! You can try on samples and learn how the process works. When the extensions or hairpiece is ready, we will meet again and spend ample time practicing attaching it, styling it, washing it and any other questions you may have. After that meeting, I keep in touch with all clients to make sure that you are loving your new hair!
Follow-up appointments with me are always free! I am so committed to making sure that every client is satisfied. I promise you will be so pleased with your experience and the end result!
Prior to the initial consult, I like to speak with each client by phone for a few minutes and exchange some photos so that I can be sure to have hair extensions or hairpieces samples available that match your hair color, texture, desired length and thickness, etc. I understand that many women are not comfortable texting or emailing photos depicting their hair loss and so for those clients I am happy to talk by phone so that I can gather enough information about what you are looking for to make sure I am prepared for our initial meeting together.
